I’m Alexe — the movement alchemist, a Gemini Sun (10th House), Pisces Moon (12th House), Virgo Rising (6th House), I am also a Manifestor 2/4 in Human Design. Movement and creativity have been at the heart of my life since childhood, helping me express emotions and overcome challenges like dyslexia. 

Being a dancer from a child, I suffered a serious knee injury in my late teens that changed the course of my life and after graduating art college and studying music business, I went on to run some of London's top alternative venues, organising major events for international artists. In my early twenties, I rediscovered movement through pole dance and went on to co-found the London Dance Academy — one of the first schools dedicated to empowering women through sensual, embodied and alternative dance. We were also the first school to run Anti-gravity yoga and circus arts. Over 15 years, I built LDA into a thriving academy offering 150 weekly classes with over 50 teaching staff, collaborated with brands like Nike, Samsung, Adidas, and Stella McCartney, and made numerous TV appearances as a pioneer in the pole and alternative movement industry.

Motherhood, burnout, and moving to France marked a major shift in my life. It was during this awakening time I discovered yoga nidra, astrology, and the power of cyclical living to heal, rebuild, and reconnect with my authentic self. I realized that true self-care wasn't just about recovery — it was about prevention, empowerment, and alignment.

This led me to create Universal Movement and my Body Astrology, lunar phase Method — a self-care and wellbeing system aligned with the wisdom of the sun, moon, and stars. By understanding how astrology influences our physical, emotional, and energetic bodies, I guide others to move intuitively, nourish themselves deeply, and thrive. My programs, including Moveology and Manifest with the moon, combine movement, astrology, lunar living, holistic self care, personal growth and somatic practices into a new, empowering way to care for ourselves.

My mission is to change the way we think about self-care, time and our energy — not as something we turn to after burnout or crisis, but as a vital, living practice rooted in our unique cosmic design. Through Universal Movement, I’m honored to create a nurturing space for individuals to reconnect with their bodies, the cycles, and their true nature — all supported by an incredible community of healers, teachers, and coaches.
